When taking IsaDelight or IsaDelight Plus on their own, you should take one or two chocolate squares daily on an empty stomach or two to five hours after a meal.
IsaDelight is most commonly used with the Isagenix 9 Day or 30 Day Cleanse, and during cleanse days it is recommended to consume one or two individual chocolates. They should be taken fifteen minutes before Isagenix Snacks during the earlier evening hours or later morning for optimal results. It’s best not to take IsaDelights with a caffeinated beverage or after 6 p.m. since they may to increase energy levels at a time when you are trying to relax.
