All items shipped directly by TimetoCleanse are dispatched within 2 business days (if your order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped on Monday). The fastest and most economical carrier is automatically chosen and may include:
- USA: USPS, Fedex, DHL, or UPS
- CANADA: Canada Post or UPS
- AUSTRALIA: Australia Post or Fastway Couriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on a combination of weight, size and total order value. Free shipping is available for some items.
Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouses in the USA, Canada and Australia. If international shipping is available for a specific product it will be highlighted on the product description (please contact us and we will organize a delivery quote).
NOTE: The customer is responsible for any import duties when placing an international order.
All orders must be paid in full before being dispatched.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express (Paypal is also available).
Gift certificates are available and come with a 6-month expiry date and are non-transferable.
If an item is faulty, incorrect or defective you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (we will pay the return postage costs).
If you change your mind, and your item is unopened and in its original condition, you may return the item within 5 days of receipt for a full refund (you will be responsible for the return postage costs). We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% for larger items.
Before returning the item, please contact our customer care team to obtain an RMA (return authorization number). Please allow 10-14 days to process your refund.
If we have any questions or concerns, a member of the team will contact you by phone and/or email.

The company will then process your order, ship your products and handle returns.
