Place all ingredients in large slow cooker set on High. Bring to boil, then reduce setting to Low for 12-24 hours. The longer it cooks, the better the broth will taste!
Strain the stock with a mesh strainer or coffee filter into large bowl and discard waste. If you don’t have a slow cooker, use a large pot on stovetop set to low.
